Here is a method to keep track of GTT’s (Guaranteed Tour Takers), Tours Takers
(TT’S), New Sign ups, New Members, Etc.
There are many ways to keep track of these. . . this is how I do it!
When you Order GTT’s and they START coming in, AutomaticBuilder (Horizons
Marketing) will send you an E-mail for EACH ONE as they arrive. I then send them
a "THANKS FOR TAKING MY TOUR E-MAIL."
Next I move the AutomaticBuilder E-mail to a NEW FOLDER IN "OUTLOOK" I call
"LEADS".
Under that folder I make a folder named "GTT’s 9/1/05" or whatever date they
started arriving! I transfer them all to this file after I send them my Thank
You E-mail.
I keep putting them here until they stop coming. Then I can open the file and it
will tell me HOW MANY I RECEIVED! Normally they send 105 to 110 or more to make
up for a few bad addresses etc.
After you receive the first GTT’s notice from Horizon you will start receiving E-
mails stating, "John Jones just took your tour". I call these TT’s and send
them the same E-mail that I sent GTT’s and transfer them to a TT’s 9/1/05 File in
my "LEADS" File.
When your next batch of GTT’s or TT’s arrive set up a new file with the new DATE
on it. i.e. 9/15/05 GTT’s or 9/15/05 TT’s.
NEW MEMBERS:
You Will receive an E-mail from AB.com "YOU HAVE A SIGN UP". This means you have
a PERSONALLY SPONSORED Sign Up. Remember AB.com keeps track of your PS members
as many levels as it takes. I have them 7 levels deep now!
NOTE: THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE "SPILLOVER" from above. Spillover goes into your
NUTRONIX Matrix not your PS LEGS!
At this point I send them a "WELCOME to the Dream Team" Letter. (UPDATED
DAILY). Telling them who their upline is all the way back to me. At first this
is very simple (1 or 2 people) but later can become VERY COMPLICATED!
I then Set them up as a contact in my "OUTLOOK" Address Book and file them in a
file (By sign-up number) under the person that they are going under!
A Day or two later you will receive a E-mail from NUTRONIX Stating "You have a
new NUTRONIX member". Check and make sure you have already welcomed them. If not
they are a SPILLOVER and you need to WELCOME THEM!
After your group grows to 200 or 300 members you will find it easier to send
generic letters. BUT, I would STILL ALWAYS KEEP TRACK OF MY PS MEMBERS. They
are VERY VALUABLE TO YOU!
(REMEMBER 30% Quick Start BONUS for the first 3 months is on PS MEMBERS ONLY.)
THIS STARTS AT DAY ONE! Whereas Residual Income on Spillover and PS members
starts in fourth month.
Keep in mind that someone personally sponsored that spillover member and their
personal sponsor will receive the QUICK START BONUS for the first 3 months.
After that you will receive residual income of 8% commission on as many levels as
you qualify for!
